In the late 70s-early 80s there was a vibrant street gigposter scene in Seattle. Illustrators, artists, and designers created letter and legal-sized posters that were quickly stapled to walls and telephone poles downtown and in the Belltown, U District, and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.
